The Nantilla Project is a conceptual geophysical target with no previous drilling history. Granodiorite (aeromagnetic high with low gravity response) intruding Lower Devonian age siltstones is confirmed by regional drill holes.
The Nantilla aeromagnetic signature indicates multiple intrusions, with possible Au/Cu mineralised magnetite or pyrrhotite skarn at the margins. The high gravity outside the western margin of the intrusive indicates possible iron rich hematite or pyrite, stockwork or breccias, again prospective for Au/Cu mineralisation.
Gravity and low level aeromagnetic and/or ground magnetic surveys are planned to better define the anomalies and establish the targets before diamond drilling.
